What is Food Sensitivity Testing?

Muscle testing is a quick, easy & pain free way to identify if a substance is beneficial or harmful to you.  When I place the food/substance on your body if your arm stays strong when I apply gentle pressure then this indicates the food/substance is beneficial for you or at the very least not harming you.  However if your arm becomes weak, this indicates the food/substance is unlikely to be beneficial for you and it would be best to avoid or at least limit it.

Muscle testing is an incredibly sensitive and simple technique that I have used for many years with my clients, friends & family with great success.

Please note this is not skin prick testing or hair analysis .  It is completely non invasive.

What Substances Can I Test For?

Foods are the most common substance people request to be tested for, however other substances may be indicated based on what symptoms you present with.

For example, if you suffer from eczema or skin rashes I would suggest we test your washing powders, soaps, shampoos & conditioner, make up, body lotions, bedding materials such as wool or feathers.

Basically anything can be tested to see how your body responds.

Some examples of substances I have tested;

  • foods

  • supplements

  • perfumes

  • bedding materials

  • chlorine

  • make up, body lotions, sunscreen, insect repellent (see testimonial below)

  • hair dyes

  • baby formula, breast milk (this shows if the mother is ingesting something the baby is reacting to)

  • chemicals used in the home such as cleaning products

  • pollen's, dusts and molds and animal fur or hair

  • food additives

  • mobile phones

  • toothpastes

Who Can Be Tested?

Absolutely anyone, including infants, children, people with disabilities and even animals.

If an individual is unable to be tested directly for whatever reason then I use a surrogate to indirectly test them. Simply put, I muscle test the surrogate whilst they are in contact with the client.  This is a great way for mum's to feel what is affecting their baby/child and be part of the process.

I am aware this can be a tricky concept to understand so the simplest way for me to describe it is - if you are touching someone who touches a live electric fence , you will feel the ZAP as well because the electricity/energy travels through our bodies.

Anyone can act as the surrogate if required, including mums, dads or whoever has come to the appointment with you.

Possible Symptoms of Food Sensitivities
